Health and safety are fundamental in our corporate vision. Our commitment is to ensure the well-being of those who choose us, both the horses and the riders, and in the same way, we care about our team.
To protect and improve working conditions, we implement a continuous campaign of information, training, and education on safety and health. We constantly invest in improving the work environment with concrete initiatives: ergonomic chairs for all employees, low-noise industrial hammers, and a reorganization of the production layout to optimize staff movement.
Additionally, we are working on ambitious research projects for new technologies, such as the collaboration with the Italian Institute of Technology – Advanced Robotics, to support our employees in the most demanding activities. Every step we take is aimed at ensuring a safe and healthy working environment, reflecting our commitment to everyone’s well-being.

In our company, women represent over 65% of our team. This significant presence is also reflected in leadership roles, and it aligns perfectly with the equestrian world, where about 80% of riders are women.
