Daughter of Gianluca Laliscia, who represented Italy in endurance riding, winning gold in the team events at the 2004 World Championships in Dubai, Costanza began competing in 2008 in the Italian Pony Championship and hasn’t stopped since. She became the European Champion in 2019 and has two Italian Absolute Championships, three Italian Junior & Young Riders Championships, and first place in the FEI Young Riders World Endurance Ranking in both 2016 and 2019 to her name.

Another remarkable achievement was being the youngest rider, at the age of 14, to compete in the 2014 World Cup in Normandy, France.
