Henrik ended the year with a fabulous Top Ten win in Geneva, riding his fantastic King Edward. The year 2023 gave Henrik and “the King” another title as they won the World Cup final in Omaha. In September 2016, Henrik launched his own business, the “Von Eckermann Sport Stable,” and created “Cyor Stables” with his wife Janika Sprunger in the Netherlands in 2021.
In reference to Renaissance saddles, Henrik declared:
“To me, the most important thing is to feel very close to the horse and, in this sense, I am highly satisfied with the saddle. I can feel every movement and perceive every feeling of the horse, which allows me to work very fluidly, and that is what the Renaissance saddle gives me.”
