Sophie started riding at the age of four on her aunt and uncle’s farm. After school, she trained in the stables of show jumping rider Hergen Forkert and participated in several competitions.
At one of these events, she met Emile Hendrix, a former Olympic rider and now a horse trainer and trainer.
Hendrix immediately noticed her talent and, in 2018, Sophie accepted his proposal to move to the Netherlands. Under his guidance, Sophie entered the world of international sport by competing in three- and four-stars shows.
A few years later Sophie left his stable to return to Germany.
Here, together with her partner Richard Vogel and the European champion David Will, she continues her carrier, where she trains and breeds horses, running a stable of international importance in Dagobertshausen and Pfungstadt.
