Timothée has been practicing horseback riding from a young age, as his father runs the Société Hippique Urbaine de Rouen. French pony champion in 1988, he joined the French Junior and then Young Rider teams, excelling in competition. With the stallion Fidélio du Thot*HN, which he trains, he joined the French senior team in 2002, finishing second in the Nations Cup in Budapest (HUN). This marked the beginning of his collaboration with Haras des M, which entrusted him with their stallions: Harlay l’Echenau, Jarnac, Lamm de Fetan, etc. With them, Timothée Anciaume won several Nations Cup stages with the French team, notably in 2007 in Gijón (ESP) and in 2009 in Lummen (BEL) and Aachen (GER). The following year, he won the Global Champions Tour in Valencia (ESP), again with Lamm de Fetan.
In 2012, the rider set up his own stud farm in Saint Georges sur Fontaine, in Upper Normandy, where he trains another stallion, Padock du Plessis*HN, along with a fine generation of horses born in 2004, under the saddle of Quorioso Pré Noir.
Thanks to these horses, Timothée Anciaume rejoined the French team and major international competitions. In 2013, he won the 3* Nations Cup in Drammen (NOR) and finished 5th in the CSI 5* Grand Prix in Falsterbo, Sweden, with Quorioso Pré Noir. The pair are French Pro Elite champions.
With Padock du PlessisHN-JO/JEM, Timothée Anciaume has stood on the podium of the Nations Cup and the 5 Grand Prix in Dublin (IRL).
