  1. Dealer finder form for Dealers and Distributors
  • Contact details including name, surname, e-mail, telephone number (mandatory data);
  • Access and account information, including screen name, password and unique user ID;
  • Photographs and images (optional data);
  • Personal preferences, including marketing and cookie options.

 

The personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

 

PURPOSES LEGAL BASIS
To allow dealers and distributors to insert their own details and images on the Dealer Finder form and to assist them with the handling of users’ requests. Consent
To publish the details and images of the dealers and distributors on the Website Consent

 

In the event of failure to provide the data or consent, the Data Controller will not be able to insert the dealers’ data on the Website. The personal data will be stored by the Data Controller until consent is withdrawn.

 

 

Communication of personal data

 

Notwithstanding the communications made in fulfilment of the obligations arising from laws, rules or EU regulations, the personal data will be processed by the Data Controller’s employees and collaborators according to their specific work duties, and may be notified to Authorities or Public Institutions, professionals and companies providing services and consultancy for the management of the Website. However, only the personal data required to fulfil the purpose for which they are collected will be transferred, and such a transfer will be made in full respect of the need to maintain the security and confidentiality of the data.
