  1. Product Warranty

 

  • Contact and personal details, including name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, residence/home address, shop in which the product was purchased (mandatory data);
  • Date of birth, gender (optional data);

The personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

To activate the warranty of a Prestige Italia S.p.A. saddle purchased by the interested party.

 

In the event of failure to provide the data or consent, the Data Controller will not be able to activate the warranty. The personal data will be stored by the Data Controller until consent is withdrawn.
