Helen Langehanenberg is a German dressagist and one of the most popular amazons and champions at all levels.

She made her debut at the London Olympic Games in 2012, taking fourth place in the individual event with Damon Hill and the silver medal in the team event.

Helen went on to demonstrate her outstanding calibre by winning 3 golds (Herning 2013 in team dressage; Gothenburg 2017 in team dressage; Herning 2021/2022) and 3 silvers (Rotterdam 2011 in team dressage; Herning 2013 in individual dressage; Herning 2013 in freestyle dressage) at the European Championships.

She also won more medals at the World Championships in Normandy in 2014: gold in team dressage and 2 silvers in special dressage and freestyle dressage.

Helen has also been honoured with various awards for her achievements, such as being nominated sportswoman of the year in 2014 by the municipality of Billerbeck in Germany.

In 2016, she was awarded the ‘Goldene Reitabzeichen’ in Germany for amassing 10 victories in S-class competitions at the least.

She also took another gold in the World Cup in Gothenburg the following year and another victory in Madrid in the third round of the Fei Dressage Word Cup 21/22 with Annabelle.

In addition to competing at top levels, Helen runs ‘Langehanenberg Training and Care’ in Billerbeck, Germany, where she coaches dressage horses.

About Prestige Helen said:

“The saddle is what connects the rider to the horse. This is very important for me, but mostly for my horses. For this reason, I chose Prestige Italia to design an innovative Dressage saddle: the seat is extremely soft and very close to the horse, but without interfering with the movement.”
