Taylor’s passion for the sport developed through spending time around horses from a young age and seeing her parents riding and caring for horses, at their family farm in Georgia.
Very competitive by nature, her love for horses quickly developed into a desire to show and compete.
Growing up in a smaller horse community where kids are expected to learn how to care for their horses, from cleaning stalls to post-competition care, and learning to drive a truck and trailer, helped Taylor to become a well-rounded horsewoman.
Before going to College, Taylor took a gap year to work as a rider in England and Germany. Now graduated from NYU, Taylor can focus on her career as a Grand Prix rider and bringing along young horses.
