Cross Country
Commitment and enthusiasm. Eventing is a strenuous discipline and requires light, comfortable saddles.
Cross country is the second discipline in Eventing, a strenuous test with intense exertion, constant changes of speed and obstacles both high (fences, banks) and low (ditches, ponds). Eventing combines dressage, jumping, cross country, and to be a successful eventer, the horse must be a master in the dressage arena, on the cross country course, and in the show ring. The key to success in Eventing, however, lies in the horse and rider’s mutual trust in one another. Our aim has always been offer a lightweight Eventing saddle that allows the horse to move freely whilst keeping the rider securely in the saddle.
